(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Tichnor Quality Views, Tichnor Bros., Inc. linen postcard from the 1940s. It shows a view of four waterfalls in the White Mountains, New Hampshire, The Flume Gorge, Fraconia Notch - Silver Cascade, Crawford Notch - Crystal Cascade, Tuckerman's Ravine - Glen Ellis Falls, Pinkham Notch.
"GREETINGS FROM THE WHITE MOUNTAINS, N.H. - Nowhere on the North American continent can be found a more delightful place than the White Mountains, of New Hampshire. Its smiling lakes and towering peaks, majestic rivers, fertile valleys, invite the visitor to rest - to work - to play!", reads the description printed on the back.
The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, light crease at bottom right corner.
